Mark has a lot of experience in the Insurance industry. He is very knowledgable, and takes great care of his clients. The best thing about Hometown Insurance Brokers, is that they are independent and can shop the rates for me, if my rate goes up. Any time I have needed something, he is very responsive, and able to assist me. I have two teenage drivers, and he has been very helpful with making sure we have the right coverage for the right price. Having teenage drivers can be scary, just based on cost alone, but the service I get from my agent comforts me, because I know that I have the best product, for the right cost. We have had a home claim, and his time and service made the claim process easier to understand.
