1. I have purchased insurance through this agency for 5 years, both auto insurance and renter’s insurance. My experience has been largely positive, however, I have never had to file a claim. My original auto plan was very affordable and covered liability only; the price stayed consistent or dropped while I have that vehicle. However, after purchasing a newer car 2 years ago, I increased my coverage limits and added comprehensive and collision protection. The initial price increase seemed reasonable, but despite having no accidents, driving less than 7000 miles/year, and having no traffic violations, my insurance premiums have increased every six months for the past 2 years.

   The staff at this agency has always responded quickly and competently to my requests, and I feel I would get good service from them if I did have an accident. However, the consistent increase in premiums, even as my car depreciates may prompt me to look elsewhere.
