Our experience with the agent has been mostly good. We have had two claims in the past several years and both were mostly handled to our satisfaction. The first one involved water damage. While the agent initially reacted quickly, it took some time for the estimator to come to our property. When he finally did show up, his assessment of the damage seemed to be a bit overboard (suggesting replacement of most of the damaged ceiling, rather than the one isolated space in which water damage was evident). On top of that, the contractor suggested by the estimator was out of business, so it required extra effort on our part to find someone. It made us wonder why the specific contractor was chosen and why the amount of work suggested by the estimator was so much.
