1. I have been with Carrera Insurance for a little less than a year. I chose this agent after becoming dissatisfied with my prior agent. I left that prior agent because of having to deal with rude staff in that office. I chose Carrera Insurance because it was near where I lived and because they were very nice over the phone. When I went into the office to sign up they were very professional and helpful. At first I purchased renters insurance through them (not sure what the carrier is). After that turned out well, I transferred my Progressive Insurance auto policy to them. The small office is located in a strip mall that is essentially a metal building, and there are only two people who work in the office. One of the workers is very young. She is maybe 20 years old, and is likely a relative of the agent. However, she is competent and helpful. The main agent is the other worker, and she is quite helpful as well. I am quite satisfied with this agent, and I can see myself staying with them for as long as I live in the area. I like the idea of giving my business to a small operation where I am appreciated as a customer.
