After being dropped by my previous insurance carrier, I had to start the process all over again of searching for someone that I could trust with my insurance needs. I first visited an AllState representative, and was very displeased with their lack of enthusiasm. So, my immediate alternative was to try State Farm next. I arrived at this agency and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and opening arms. My agent, Amanda, was very calm and helpful in getting me set up. She did not try to push additional policies on me right away, and made sure that I was getting the best possible price on my insurance plan possible. Amanda made me feel like I was a valued customer, and not just a number. My favorite part about this experience is that I received a hand-written thank you card in the mail from Amanda that thanked me for my business, and also she revealed to me that the original payment we had agreed upon had actually dropped by ten dollars on the first bank auto-draft payment. Needless to say, I am very happy to be a part of this State Farm team and to be working with this agent.
