While a nice guy I get zero from any car claims and when I had a homeowner claim they cannot even handle it at all. So why even have an agent. Tried to see about term life and I got nothing. I had to call them they called back, then I was forgotten. Noticed that there was a secondary lien on my house which I don’t have. I reported it and ti took three or four times before they could actually get it removed. It seems like all the agent and company do is try to prevent you from making any claims and thus prevent them from paying anything. They all seem to be on the same page of the same play book. But lets not forget the ads that they play everywhere thats what they really need my money for.
