My parents have been with this insurance agency since 1961 though the agent was name Roy Dickerson. He passed away in the last six months so Tom Peck has taken over this office. The rest of the staff is the same. I don’t expect to have any problems because there’s a new agent. In the past I have worked with agency for a major claim back in 1999 and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Through them and my adjuster the house was brought back to better than before shape. The renovations took a long time so we were put up in a Residence Inn for seven months. I wanted to change some coverage in my policy recently and I was given full attention. I always have a pleasant experience whenever I go in person as well as over the phone. I highly recommend this agent and State Farm. I’ll never switch because of the way I was treated during my major home loss (water damage) in 1999.
