For the past 8 years i have had Ross Bernard State Farm Insurance. I have never had any major issues with them. They have always provided me with great customer service anytime i needed. Ross Bernard’s office has always given me great rates. I have a clean driving record with no accidents or tickets, as well as my husband. As of late their rates seem to be increasing a little too much for my liking. I have done multiple things to try and bring my insurance rates down, but i have recently been looking for another insurance carrier. Ross Bernard’s State Farm has great customer service but i feel like if i have been a great customer with a clean driving record for so long why should my rates keep increasing. I wish i could give more insight on claims process but i have never had to make one. In conclusion my experience has been pleasurable but i feel as if it is coming to an end.
