I found Greg Batcher as an agent after my previous agent retired. I contacted his staff to make a few changes and upgrades to my policy. Greg Batcher and his staff were very helpful. The matter regarding my upgrades was taken care of immediately. I also recently purchased a newer vehicle and I had a lot of questions regarding changes and what type of car insurance was the most beneficial for me. The staff took the time to go through all of my options. I also like that I have access to his office since he is local versus calling the national chain headquarters. Each time I have spoken with him he has been helpful, quick to answer my questions, and very professional. He seems to be quite knowledgeable about insurance. He also helped me set up an account to make it easier for me to pay my bill and access information online.
