He always works with us to help us find the lowest cost but the best insurance for our car needs. He has been our agent for over 18 years and I know we would not have stayed with our insurance carrier if not for him. He gives personal service by taking the time to answer insurance questions either by phone or in his office. He has walked us through the process of how to file a claim when we had our no-fault accident. He has stayed late so we could come in and make a insurance payment. I can not say enough wonderful things about his going beyond the standard in customer service. He has made the renter’s insurance process easy, explaining why the property management may require renter’s insurance. He offers additional insurances but does not pressure you to buy. This is an excellent soft-sell sales technique as we then do buy additional insurance from him.
