Mike’s office is one block from my house, so I went in to get a quote for car insurance when it was time to renew. I was with Progressive before but they were raising their rates. I had done a little bit of research online and thought State Farm would be a good option. Mike’s assistant is serious but very nice. In a few minutes I was sitting with Mike and going over my options. He found a few discounts for me and got me a rate on my auto insurance that I would be more than happy to pay. He sent all of the information to my email and would regularly send me updates via email. When I was looking for home insurance, I remembered that State Farm does discounts for buying multiple kinds of insurance so I called Mike. It turned out I could get a better deal elsewhere, but Mike is always knowledgeable and great to deal with.
