He is kindly in general but is a laid-back person. He didn’t provide any information until I asked. My father and I have many trouble with this company. I don’t want to complain much about it but when I think about the incident, I get mad. In fact, my annually car insurance increased 20 percent but he didn’t announce us until we found out and email him. Then, he decreased the cost. I don’t like this action. Will switch to another insurance. When I had an accident, I email him for advice but what he said make me disappointed. He gave me a number but no direct to any one. Take a day to make a call to claim my accident. A year from now, the claim is still processing.
