I choose Holly when I worked at Liberty Mutual with her. I was a Customer Service Representative for about 10 agents and I chose her because she impressed me the most from the beginning. She always put her policyholders first and did things accurately and ethically. I personally have seen her quote someone and if it didn’t meet Liberty Mutual’s underwriting guidelines, she would explain to them why and try to offer alternatives, like other companies that would take on that risk. She was not worried about losing customers, only helping them in their insurance needs. She didn’t undersell coverages or oversell coverages. She made specific coverage recommendations personalized for the customer. I’ve seen other agents try to push through quotes that weren’t good according to Liberty Mutual but they wanted that sale and commission. Not Holly.
