This agent was very helpful and personable. We were shown all of our options and all were explained extremely well. We were not pushed into buying anything we did not want. All of our questions were welcomed and answered in a way in which we could understand. We were advised on the best way to do things in order to get the cheapest rates possible. We were also shown different coverage levels. The different coverage levels were explained to us and we were also given examples of why more coverage in the future may be a good idea. We also were having a hard time finding home owners insurance. We were able to find a policy that worked for us from this insurance agency. Communication was very fast and customer service was excellent.
