We were dropped from a previous carrier because our home needed work. They would allow three issues with the home, but ours had five. Three of those five were already contracted to be repaired from a different companies hail damage claim, but it didn’t matter to our previous carrier. Dick was able to work with us. He got our autos and house covered immediately. He also discussed our future needs such as life and health insurance. He’s checked up on us every year to make sure that our coverage needs haven’t changed. He answers all of our questions personally and is able to explain things, so that we can understand them. He has been absolutely wonderful to work with. This experience has made me wish that all insurance carriers had personal agents instead of call centers where you’re just a number and a time limit on the call.
