I initially chose Jim because my parents had used Jim and his company previously. My need for insurance was immediate as I was buying a new car, and didn’t have a lot of time to shop around. My intention was to change policies with another company once the car purchase was final because the insurance cost was a little higher than I expected, but after dealing with Jim and Allstate for just a short period of time I found that I was actually really happy with the level of service I was being provided. I really enjoy the fact that I get a live person when I call his office, and if for some reason I do have to leave a voicemail he always gets right back to me. I’m happy to pay little more for a product if the service provided to me is worth the added cost.
