1. I have had State Farm insurance with Mr. Herrmann for 30 years. I have had nothing but good experiences with him and State Farm as a whole. He has always returned my calls in a timely manner. He has gone out of his way to help my family save money by suggesting things we could do, that did in fact save us money. He has always explained exactly what was happening when we needed to file a claim or was looking into purchasing more products. He has helped us through adding a teenager to our policy and getting repairs done to our vehicle. He always took the time to make sure we understood exactly what we were getting. I have been well pleased with every aspect of this company. Once when a rock from a truck caused a crack in our windshield, we didn’t think our insurance would cover it so we contacted a local person to fix it to save us money. We paid him out of pocket. We found out later it was covered on our insurance so we sent in the hand written bill from him and they quickly reimbursed us. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was.
