So, to preface, I have never actually had contact with this Agent, only his employees. I had bought a house this year, and the premium I was given from an independent agent was much higher than Craig’s policy. Also, The company I had gone with, Badger Mutual, threatened to drop me a few months after buying my house as they didn’t like a tree on my property. I shopped around, and this agent’s staff followed up with me very quickly, and was able to get my homeowners reduced by over $300 annually, as well as my auto for about $15 cheaper per month. My independent agent had to break apart my home and auto which I was very unhappy with. Craig did just send me a Christmas card, which is pretty standard in the industry, but again so far I have no complaints.
