We moved to Salt Lake City about 2 years ago and immediately got auto and renters coverage through this State Farm office in Salt Lake. We haven’t had any problems using this insurance agent but I’ve been disappointed that I haven’t heard a single thing in 2+ years regarding our coverage or what we can do to have better coverage/better rates. The only information that I ever receive through email/mail is billing. I don’t know a ton about my coverage because my agent has never sent me anything useful to explain things in further detail, and I’ve definitely never gotten any positive or helpful feedback regarding changes that could be made in my plan that could be beneficial to me. I’m sure that I wouldn’t hear a word from them at all unless I called up to switch insurance companies. Overall, it’s been smooth but again, I feel like I’m a number at this agency.
