I do all my contacting through Progressive, They have helpful customer services. Jim never answers his phone so I will just call them and to speak to him you have to go to the office. His office was gross and smelled like cigarette smoke. I was not a fan but it was my first time buying insurance. I really have not dealt with him for several years because I’ve had no need to. I’ve never reported an accident and if I had to I don’t feel like he’d be helpful. I have also moved towns since then and although still within an hour away I am not sure who I would talk to about switching agents or I would. I feel like the office should be clean and inviting and for someone who is making money from me he should be more accessible.
