I have used this agent for about a year now as I was searching for a personal experience with an agent for a cheap cost. Cindy offered me an insurance plan for my car at a much cheaper price than my previous insurance agency. Being able to contact Cindy directly at anytime and make appointments has really impressed me. It makes me feel like I am actually wanted as a customer with her. Also, the location is extremely convenient for me. Cindy’s office is extremely close to my apartment and I can easily get there. Positive reviews about Cindy and Allstate in general also influenced me to work with Cindy. I am looking to move out of the State College area soon, and while I do like the location convenience, I may attempt to stay with Cindy because of how good the service has been.
When I first was searching for insurance for my car, I was disgruntled with high prices and confusing rules as it was my first time searching for car insurance. I decided to find somebody local and after reading reviews I chose Cindy. I wanted an agent that I can trust and that would nicely explain the process of getting insurance for me. While the price was definitely a concern of mine, I believe she found me the best offer I could possibly get. Cindy’s great customer service is definitely what made me want to continue working with her. The reviews on Cindy online was what made me inquire about her services. I have had no issues getting into contact with Cindy about my plan when needed. She is a great representation of Allstate.
