Norma was recommended to me when my previous insurance agency was attempting to charge an astronomical rate for a house that I was purchasing. Norma was able to explain why they were charging so much and worked with me on what the property actually had and what sort of coverage I really needed. Norma also made suggestions to better serve my household in regards to insurance. Additionally she is always available if I need her and is probably one of the friendliest agents I have spoken with. Norma communicates in whatever method is easiest for me meaning if it’s something quick and a phone call is all that is necessary, great. If I’m busy and can only email, that’s great too. Lastly, if it is something complex she is happy to explain it over the phone and then follow up with a detailed email. She is just all around a great person to work with.
