I found David Gordon almost exactly 23 years ago when we first bought our home and moved away from apartment living. I found him in the phone book and spoke with him on the phone. He seemed to be very helpful and responsive, so I scheduled an appointment with him. I met with him at his office (which was in Escondido, CA at that time), and he explained all of the different types of coverage and options available. With his help and advice, I decided on the appropriate types of coverage, deductibles, etc. and signed up for homeowners insurance. Since then, whenever I’ve called or emailed him with questions, he has always been very prompt to respond and to help. I changed the deductibles on our policy several years ago because the premiums had become more expensive than I wanted to pay. Recently, I emailed David to ask about earthquake insurance, and he responded promptly and thoroughly.
