Greg has been a great insurance agent. When my husband and I were buying a new home we had State Farm insurance but the rates were just too high for our new home and we branched out. He answered all of our question where we were able to easily understand the answers and was available at convenient times. Visiting him in person was great as well and he was just as friendly in person. He didn’t make us feel rushed and took his time with us. We really appreciated his customer service technique and how he was in person. Through Standard Mutual, Greg found us an amazing insurance rate for our home and both of our cars. It was an easy choice. We were a young couple and had a lot of questions. His patience and understanding were more than appreciated. Everything went smoothly and we agreed to use Crapo Insurance and Standard mutual for our insurance companies. Each time we called Greg he was polite and answered our questions. This past year we bought a new vehicle and contacted Greg on the next business day. He easily walked us through how to change our insurance from the vehicle we traded in to our new vehicle. We get monthly statements and continuous communication from Greg. Our overall experience with Gregory Winchester and Crapo Insurance Agency has been excellent and I would highly recommend both Greg and his company.
