Ed Lape has been serving my family for over 40 years. So it was natural that I would stick with him when it was time to get my own insurance. I remember when I was a child and teen Ed was always interested in my music, because he was a musician too. I would see him when we went to his office, but quite often he would come out to our home to do business. That’s the kind of guy Ed is, genuine, caring, kind, and he’s funny too. I had a couple of car accidents that Ed helped me with. The first one was when I was only a sophomore in college, and it happened at about 10 o’clock at night. I called Ed’s number and got the answering service, and he called me back even though it was so late! He just wanted to make sure I was ok, we did all the business of it the next morning. I don’t think anyone could ask for better service than that!”
