1. I have been with this agent for over 2 years, i had no problem getting started with this company. I started with allstate and it was good prices until recently so i called this agent to get another quote with another company to see about getting my insurance lower. when i call it is hard to get a hold of anyone, when i finally did get a hold of someone to talk to the phone got hung up on me and i tried to call back and nobody answered when i had just talked to someone and was told to be placed on hold. i could tell this person was in a car and not in the office. i decided to call back the next day because i got tired of trying that day. so the next day i called and got someone on the phone and got a quote. she had a hard time getting me a quote for renters insurance with other company because she said they dont do them often so she wasnt sure what she was doing. i did end i.up changing my insurance to progressive that day but decided to wait on the renters since she was suppose to check on it. when i went into the office a couple weeks later to change the bank to pay the bill, i was told i would have to call the renters insurance to tell them i want it changed, so i did and they told me i had to sign a paper at the office to get it changed, so i went back to the office and did the paper that i could have done that same day. then when my renters insurance didnt come out of my account i called to see what was going on and she said it was showing that it will come out soon, but then i got a letter in the mail saying any payments due need to be made and would not be taken out of my account. she could not help me with figuring it out then, it would have been nice for her to call the company and ask what needed to be done instead of just telling me it looks like it is going to come out and wait and see if it does. other than a few small things with this company its been ok.
