I met wit the agent and discussed our insurance needs. They had the process of switching companies fairly easy. We initially started out with homeowners, car and motorcycle insurance. After about a year we decided to move the motorcycle insurance to another company because wen they quoted us for insurance on a new motorcycle they quoted us one price and then billed us $150 more than the quote, all because they could put the vin# in correctly. So I’ not sure how they can give a quote with an vin # missing a number. Wen we decided to no longer insure our motorcycles with them they were not very pleasant about it. This is really the only problem I have had with them. And I wish they would let you know when your premiums are changing and why. But they do ave reasonable rates.
