Matt does a thorough job of making sure you have sufficient coverage and checking to see if you need any additional insurance. The office is responsive and provides educated answers to questions that you have. I would like to see more opportunities for cost competitive analysis. In general, I feel there are many times in which I could have reduced by policy cost by going with a different insurance provider. I stay because I know I can count on the service. That said, I will begin looking to save money at some point and hope State Farm can stay competitive. At one point in the past I left for savings, but eventually returned because the prices were comparable Over all, the Matt Greer office at State farm is a quality choice, but not always the best price.
