When we were first with this agent, we had a couple of claims. Our first homeowner’s claim was handled very efficiently. Someone came out that same day. The second one was a little more trouble. Everything was handled professionally, but the service was slower and not as thorough. The office staff is very competent and friendly. Over the years, our rates have gone up slowly but surely. I’m pretty sure this is typical of all major agencies, but it still irritates. The biggest problem we had with this agent/company is that our homeowner’s deductible doubled a couple of years ago. We seriously considered leaving and have not completely ruled this out. However, I think this is a company issue more than a specific agent issue. Mr. Garcille is friendly and professional.
