Bob was pushy and tried to sell me insurance I couldn’t afford. He is not very friendly, and I felt like I was wasting his time the entire time that I was with him. I wound up using his services because he pressured me, but I am definitely looking to change insurance providers in the near future. Bob did not make me feel welcome at all, nor did he make me feel confident in my purchase.
In the future, I would hate to see people like Bob go out of business because they are not keeping up with the latest technologies and user-friendly insurance experiences. He needs to get with the times or have someone take over the agency who understands that the only reason people go to insurance agents in person anymore is for a good customer care experience. I can get my insurance online, otherwise and not have to deal with a jerk.
