I didn’t really have a preference on what insurance agent I wanted, I’m really not picky. All I knew is that the agent had to be local, they had to answer all of my questions, and the price had to be good. Blake pretty much delivered on all of these counts. He is just an associate at Roberts Insurance Group, but he seemed genuinely knowledgeable! He was friendly, taking time to answer all of my questions, even if they were a bit silly. Also, I didn’t feel like he tried to sell me items I didn’t need, he just stuck to the basics and was able to get me something in my preferred price range, which was great. That said, it wasn’t totally spectacular, but I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. I definitely think I’m going to be a life long patron.
