I have had State Farm since I began driving at the age of 17, but have not always had Brad Schwab as an agent. I live over an hour away from his office, but I was introduced to him when I was married, and I was so happy with their office and Brad, that I have stayed with him even after my divorce over 5 years ago. Any time I call they answer right away, and if they are unable to answer my question right away they always get back to me the same day or the following day. He is extremely knowledgeable, and they offer great discounts for driving and having multiple insurance policies. Brad is always busy, but he has no problem taking all of the time needed to explain things thoroughly, and answer all questions that I have regarding my house and car insurance. I will definitely keep him as my agent for a very long time.
