Service has been ok but when I dropped my auto insurance after 20 years my home owners insurance sky rocketed. I asked him why this was after I was a loyal customer for all those years. I asked if there was anything he could do for me as a loyal customer. He really didn’t seem to care to much and said he couldn’t really do anything for me . I felt like he was mad that I took my auto insurance to another company. I guess he really didn’t care, if I took my business away then I would just have to pay more for the homeowners. I really need to research the web and find another company to handle my homeowners as it’s just to high now. I guess in conclusion I would say that Frank is ok but I feel there should be much personal service for a loyal customer of over 20 years.
