I have been insured through State Farm for years, the last seven of them through Stephanie Langkill. Never has there been a time when I have needed to ask a question, or have something updated that they have not been polite, professional and prompt. During my time as a customer with Stephanie as my agent, I have received phone calls from her when there is a discount that I could claim that I might not have already had applied to my account, she has been more than accommodating for any changes I have needed to make to my account, and has always been ready and willing to help. As far as responsiveness, several years ago I was in an accident, and her team constantly kept up with the progress throughout, taking the majority of the work load off of me, and just letting me get through my day to day life while they ensured that my vehicle was properly repaired and returned to me with as little hassle as possible. Overall, I highly recommend her and her team as an agent.
