I started using Tom when I first moved to Dallas. I used him for renters insurance and car insurance. I haven’t had to file many claims with him, but when I have, he was always very helpful and seemed genuinely interested in making sure things worked out OK. He responds promptly to emails and is almost always available when you call the office. When my wife and I bought a new car, he made it very easy to add it to our existing insurance coverage. He has never been pushy about upgrading our coverage to a higher tier, which is something I’ve had to deal with for other agents. One year we woke up to a big leak in our living room. There had been a hail storm many months before, but thankfully he was able to help us even though some time had passed since the storm.
