At first, I didn’t have any issues, but as time went on I needed help or information, it was difficult to get in contact with my agent. The secretary was always polite, but I never got a quick response from the agent. Often times when I needed something, I had to go out of my way to get it done instead of vice versa. Most recently, I requested a print-out of our insurance coverage so that I could compare prices with other insurance companies. I had to call several times just to speak with someone and then I kept getting cut off, was given another phone number to call, or promised that the information would be sent out. I completely felt like I was getting the run around. Since that time, I’ve had a poor concept of my agent.
