He is thorough and courteous. He is always responsive. He Will always let you know if you are over insuring yourself unnecessarily. He once discounted my auto insurance by $300 per year for no apparent reason. He can always discuss the issues and aspects of insurance with knowledge and expertise. He gives me a call twice or so a year to see how i am doing and if I need any other services. The insurance provider whom they work with Acuity, is one of the tops in the industry. I haven’t had to file any claims with him so I have no idea how he is at that aspect of the business. He did also insure my rental property as well as supplying an umbrella policy for me at relative low cost.
