The owner-agent, Carl Baker, is friendly and helpful. However, there is an old lady that works in there that we have had to deal with in the past and she can be quite rude. But that’s not my biggest complaint. My biggest complaint about the company is the cigarette smoke filled office. Their location is also horrible. There is very little parking and it is difficult to pull back out of the parking lot without getting hit by oncoming traffic. I usually have to park up the hill at a nearby business. But luckily I can pay everything online and only had to go into the office when originally purchasing the insurance or when buying a new car. On a good note, they are the cheapest that I have been able to find in my area.
