Thankfully I have not needed to contact our agent frequently to change or otherwise understand our insurance coverages, costs, or liabilities, however, when I have needed to contact them directly to add a new car or when we moved homes the experience and knowledge has been excellent. They were always quite knowledgable about what coverages would be needed or how much extra cost might have been involved to add more coverage. I think I have only relied on them calling me back once, otherwise they have made themselves readily available to me and answer any and all questions I have had quickly and easily. It has really been a pleasure having them work for me as an independent insurance agent and I really do not have any complaints or recommendations to better their service to me.
