Bruce Horek and his staff take care of things in a timely manner and have ususally been very fair to deal with. I have had very few claims, if any but they seem to be honest and polite and I don’t believe I am over paying for any of their services. They accept debit card, credit card, electronic check and also mailed in checks. I recently inquired about workers compensation insurance and their estimate was lower than that of another I was using for over 3 years. I have my business liability insurance with them also. The only claim I remember making was one for hail damage done to my work van and they processed that rather quickly when it happened. They have regular business hours but are also open to 7:00 pm on Thursdays. They are closed on the weekends.
