1. When I called years ago to report an accident I had been in, he treated me very unkindly. The accident was a fender-bender and was not my fault; I didn’t call the police and report the accident because I was on my way to work. Mr. Lewis proceeded to “scold” me for not reporting it to police. He spoke to me in a belittling and condescending fashion (I was a young woman in my 20s at the time and an inexperienced driver). Other conversations with him throughout my history with his agency were somewhat similar; so much so that I didn’t want to call him for anything. For all our future insurance claims or other needs, my husband called and filed the report(s); he was treated much nicer than I was.
