Michael is a great guy and very professional. Whenever we talk to him he asks about our family and what is going on in our lives. He’s got an excellent sense of humor, so interacting with him doesn’t feel like a chore. When we were first setting up our policy we had a lot of questions, he was able to answer near every question without looking online for help. He was very knowledgeable about every little detail of the policy which was super helpful. After initiating the policy we thankfully didn’t need to contact him much after that. But about 2 months ago my wife and I were getting paperwork together for a home equity loan we were applying for. That included getting proof of homeowners insurance on our house. I called Michael, he picked up right away and got me the paper work I needed within 10 minutes. To be honest that’s really as much as you can ask for from your insurance agent. An agent with good availability, prompt service, excellent working knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
