1. My insurance agent was helpful when I was first setting up my car and renter’s insurance policies. She helped me find discounts, and explained coverage I needed and parts I could do without. She has always been fast whenever I needed proof of insurance faxed somewhere. She has always been friendly both in the office and on the phone. She quickly returns phone calls. I have only had one claim to deal with in the multiple years I have been with Nationwide at this location, and it was handled quickly and easily. My husband also has a car insurance policy with the same agent and she was also very helpful and friendly with him. Overall, she has excellent customer service and really knows the policies inside and out, which helps so much when making decisions about what to add.
