I was first referred to this agent by a family member. Much of my family is in the insurance business, so I figured they’d know the most about the subject. I bought coverage from this agent when I turned 18 for my car and used that as a starting point. My experience was alright, but I’m not really sure about insurance experience because I don’t file many claims and this is the only agent I’ve ever dealt with. He returns calls usually the next day which is nice, but he’s not very personal. This agent covers a large area so I’m sure he has several clients that he has to remember. I would just like a more one-on-one approach. Billing with this agent is simple, and I’ve never had a problem with late billing, or missing my payment by a few days. The agent is easy to work with and isn’t cut and dry, he’s understandable on real life issues.
