Payment taken out of my account. They did it and would send cancellation notices of non payment. Not my fault had proof. Broken windshield. Put it through integon time went by they didn't pay it. I'll have to now. I have no collision or glass. Just found that out on my truck loan . You have to have to have that on loan regardless. Thanks I appreciate it people.

The accident report was provided on 8/12 after picking it up from the police department. I provided Dash Cam Footage of their insured driver which rear ended my vehicle while attempting to make a U-Turn in the middle of the street. The Dash Cam Footage provided the front view and rear view with the impact Audio & Video. I never received a phone call or email from anyone as I was told the adjuster is awaiting a statement from their insured driver. Despite me providing dash cam footage and photos placing him at the accident scene. I\'ve called EVERYDAY to be transferred to The Property Damage Department and stayed on the line for over an hour and no one picks up to assist. I\'ve submitted the required documentation in Small Claims Court at this point. The damage to Anyones vehicle is not just about being compensated finacially for repairs but it\'s also an inconvenience.

Cheap coverage, bad customer service

Cheap company! They have a terrible coverage and they basically ignore police reports to avoid paying for your vehicle damage. Don’t lose your time, they will do nothing for you. Customer service is a shame, consultants never answer the phone and they never get back to you if you leave a voice mail.
