This has been a positive experience.
I chose this insurance agency because of proximity and word of mouth. Recommendations from friends and family and how easy to use this company is. I have enjoyed having this company as my insurance. My agent is a decent guy and is always friendly. The staff there are helpful and always cheer me up. I actually look forward to having to go into the office when I really need to for anything at all. I have recommended this company to friends and family and I always tell people how lucky I am to find a great insurance agent in town. I would not change agencies for pretty much anything. I plan on sticking with this one for a while. I get a really good deal here as well. My insurance has never been lower anywhere else.

He is great
He always gets me the lowest prices and always super friendly and is always willing help you with what ever you need. If you cant pay on time he never cancels your polices with out you know about it. His office staff are super friendly and are very knowledgeable so if hes not there there is always some one that can help you no matter what but he is always around any way so you rarely have to ask one of his staff the questions you might have. luckily I never have to file a claim with him but my parents did and he help then get it resolved right away with out any hassles. He always states the truth about his polices with out any hidden costs or strange clauses like most of the others do.
