My experience has been pleasant.
Shirley has been my dad’s insurance provider for many years, so naturally when I became an adult and needed insurance of my own, I decided to follow my dad’s footsteps and get my insurance through her. She is always very friendly and willing to help even if she’s busy. Her staff is also very friendly and competent and willing to answer any questions without making you feel dumb like some other providers do. The rates are comparable to other agencies in the area, but the quality of service you get at Shirley’s office is far better than any of the other agencies. We currently have home and auto insurance with them and will probably get additional life insurance from them in the future. We get great discounts for combining our home and auto as well as incentives for being a good driver and taking their safety course. All of this to say, our experience had been wonderful.

The overall experience was easy and efficient.
The experience I had there was good. I had a very specific need/ request and they were able to work with me to find the insurance I needed. The overall process was a lot faster and easier than I expected it would be. The customer service was also good. They were very nice and accommodating and able to work with me when I told them what I needed. The whole process was over in under 30 minutes, and I was able to get my insurance card that day. They also told me to give them a call in case I needed to adjust my plan if things changed in the future. I was glad that they were willing to be flexible and work with me throughout the whole process and thereafter if needed.

My experience has been great.
I have never had a bad experience with this agent. Anytime I have a question or concern, she is always willing to go out of her way to make sure I am put to ease. The staff is also very friendly and personable. They always send me a birthday and Christmas card every year. I’ve only had to file a claim with them once, when our roof got hail damage. The process was fast and efficient, and we received more than enough money to fix our roof. I also like the convenience of having several different options to pay my bill. I can pay at their office, online or mail in a check. They also offer several discounts for having multiple forms of insurance with them. We have both car and home insurance with them, so we get several discounts.
