   Dave's office made mistakes on my homeowner's poli

   Dave’s office made mistakes on my homeowner’s policy and transfer from out of state. They did not communicate properly after having done so. I am still not sure some things are corrected. State Farm is a wonderful company so I contacted State Farm corporate to be switched to another agent. Dave called to ask why. I stated the reasons above and Dave said, I just want my customer’s to be happy. and hung up on me. Yet another reason why I will be transferring to another office.

   I have had car insurance through Dave Harden for almost 10 years, and my family has been with him for even longer. Although it is never fun to have a car accident, State Farm has responded very quickly to both of my incidents, and they required only minimal involvement from me. They dealt with the other insurance companies involved and kept me updated, but I was not stressed out having to deal with it. They were also very helpful with finding a collision center to get a quote and to get my car fixed. Dave is always quick to respond to me when I have a billing question or any other type of question. I believe I get a good value and good service for what I pay in car insurance.

   Very good in the begin, less involved as the years have gone by.

   My current auto insurance agent is an actual a neighbor and family friend of my parents from State Farm. He has been the only agent that I have ever had. In the beginning when I started driving he was very helpful with the whole process. He explained how claims worked, what to do if I was ever in an accident and was overall very helpful. Luckily very me I have never been in an accident and other than having my back window broken by a robber, I haven’t had any issues with my car. As the years have gone by, I have heard less and less from my agent. I reached out to him a few years ago about lower rates and he did not get back to me for quiet some time.
