Our experience has been excellent
Mr. Nix has always answered our questions thoroughly and honestly. We’ve worked with him for almost 20 years now, through renter’s insurance to homeowners and car insurance. We also bought life insurance through his office. He has helped us select appropriate coverage, without us feeling that he’s pushed higher limits onto us. When we needed to be more budget conscious, he explored other insurance options until he fond one that met our needs.
We’ve looked to him for earthquake coverage, asked questions about flood coverage, and requested information about tornado coverage. We feel he is a family agent, someone that we can definitely trust and who will help us sort through the confusing language and terms and find the best possible policies for our family and our needs. Insurance is a necessary protection, and we are glad that we have Mr. Nix on our side.
