   I have been very pleased with Mr. Taylor and his staff. When my husband and I set up our policies, we worked with Mr. Taylor and a gentleman named Brad; both were friendly and respectful, and answered our questions regarding coverage without talking down to us. One of the things that impressed me most is that the staff remembers our names even though we have only dropped by their office on a handful of occasions over the past three or four years. Further, whenever we have had a potential claim, Mr. Taylor advises us in a way that best suits our needs rather than the needs of his business. For example, my husband accidentally broke his car’s passenger window when weed-whacking — the trimmer line threw a rock towards the car — so we called Mr. Taylor to see what options we might have for the repair. He said that the repair would be covered, but advised us to pay for the repair out of pocket because the cost would be small compared to the potential spike in our monthly payments after making a claim. We also experienced great service when we needed to re-shingle our roof, which was leaking significantly due to poor installation under a previous homeowner. Mr. Taylor recommended a few contractors and roofing companies and explained exactly what kind of problems were covered under our policy. Unfortunately, the policy didn’t cover the poor installation (reasonably so), but Mr. Taylor was with us every step of the way in determining exactly what we would need to do should the policy cover or partly cover the new roof.
